She was predeceased by : her husband Howard Oliver Brown; and her parents, Oscar Wilson Tolbert and Sadie Lois Couch Tolbert. She is survived by : her children, Debbie Keith, Randall Howard Brown, Jeffrey Scott Brown (Carrie) and Timothy Brown (Beth). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
