She is survived by : her son Joseph Shannon Mays (Sabrina) of Newton; her mother Kathleen Thigpen Poole of Newton; her siblings, Kathy Owens (Glenn) of Albany, Margie Willis (Randy) of Cleveland, TN, Wayne Poole of Newton and Jimmy Poole (Sara) of Thomasville; and her stepgrandchildren, Jacob Roberts (Kayla), Charity Smith, Alex Smith, Jeremiah Smith and Maddy Roberts.
