We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2021, Willie James Hamilton Sr. (Oglethorpe, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ben J. Hamilton and Annie Lee Hamilton; his brother Emmitt Lee Davis of Miami, FL.; and his grandchild Willie Hamilton, Jr.. He is survived by : his spouse Jackqueline "Jackie" Hamilton; his children, Barbara Foster of Dothan, AL, Vickie Simmons of Austin, TX, Blake Hamilton of Taylor, TX and Keith Hayes of Duluth, GA; his granddaughters, Ahbria Hamilton, ZaMeceya Hamilton of Perry and Abbilesha Greene of Montezuma, GA; his friends, Linda Merriweather and Pete Wimberly; and his cousin Hattie Anderson. He is also survived by other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters/ brothers in law, relatives, and friends.
Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
