She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Omer Westmoreland; her parents, Milledge J. Turbyfield and Eula Mae Hembree Turbyfield; and her siblings, Calvin Turbyfield, Flora Porter and Brenda Kennedy.

She is survived by: her pets, Maxie and Brownie. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many loved family members.
