He was predeceased by : his parents, Winnie Boothe and Thomas Boothe; and his brother Larry Boothe. He is survived by : his wife Mary Boothe; his children, Meri Shaye Smith and Laura Charese Cheek; and his grandchildren, Thomas Andrew Boothe and Michael Christopher (Malinda Boothe). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
