She was predeceased by: her parents, William Potter and Mae Potter. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Burke; and her children, Kim Griffith (Gary), Jill Bureau (Paul), Patrick Burke (Tracy) and John Burke (Cheri). She is also survived by grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to learn of Lois’s passing. I just found out and won’t be able to attend her service. I’m am so very sorry to miss it. Mrs. Burke, as I knew her from 1971, was a beautiful soul. She was one of my mother’s best friends and they shared the same birthday. They would go out to lunch to celebrate and pay for each others meals. I was just a kid but she made a big impression on me. She always made me feel like she was truly interested in what I had to say. I will miss her.”
