He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Koermer and Barbara Koermer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his daughters, Carolyn Proffitt (James) and Jennifer Renfroe (Pat); his grandchildren, Brandon, Kendall (Ethan) and Blake; and his brother Gerald Stephen Koermer.
