She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Howard Lane and Rhoda Matilda Rice Lane; her husband Ethridge Marlow Hattaway; and her great grandchild Adelyn Marie "Addie" Wilkes. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Donald Hattaway (Sonia) of Douglas, GA, June Ellen Beverly (Jack) of Douglas, GA, Nancy Whittle (Bennie) of Douglas, GA and Karen Wilkes of Kennesaw, GA; her grandchildren, Jay Beverly, Dr. Chad Whittle, Andrew Wilkes (Kristy), Kaleb Wilkes (Jordan), Kaley June Tanner (Jameson), Nathan Hattaway, Daniel Hattaway and Anna Lane Hattaway; her great grandchildren, Addison Beverly, Gavin Beverly, Harper Wilkes, Barrett Wilkes and Olsen Tanner; and her siblings, Dorothy Mae Haddox of Marietta, GA and Dewey Edward Lane of Ft. Meade, FL.. She is also survived by wife and mother, raising four children.
