She is survived by: her daughter Yolanda Buist of Pembroke; her siblings, Marie Kortmulder of Charlottesville, Laura Keene of Victoria and Edward Buist of Victoria; and her granddaughters, Yasmeen Buist of Pembroke and Yaziddah Buist of Pembroke.
