He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rutherford and Elaine Rutherford; and his sister Rosemary Gagnon. He is survived by: his wife Joy Bohannon; his sons, Joshua, James, Sky and Shane; his brother Tom; his nieces, Jennifer Peterson and Stephanie Durgin; and his nephew Philip Gagnon.
