He is survived by : his wife Nadine Millwood of Pendergrass; his son David Millwood of Chestnut Mountain; his daughter-in-law Lori Millwood of Chestnut Mountain; his daughter Sandra DiAngelo of Gainesville; his son-in-law Tony DiAngelo of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Julie Sewell of Hoschton, Callie Reid of Gainesville, Stephanie Bennett of Gainesville, Jeremy Carr of Pendergrass and Tiffany Roby of Gainesville; his sister Dorothy Cannon of Flowery Branch; his sisters-in-law, Annie Mae Millwood of Flowery Branch and Ann Millwood of Braselton; his child Murphy Blvd of Gainesville, GA; and also, Belmont Rd, PruittHealth Hospice and Meriweather Dr.
