He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Whitfield and Ruby Coker Whitfield. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ballew Whitfield; and his children, Ken Crawford, Shayne Crawford (Misty) and Denise Shubert. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
