He is survived by : his wife Sherry Brooks (Funerburk) of Pendergrass; his sons, Ricky Wayne Brooks, Jr. of Pendergrass, Scott Matthew Brooks (Jessica) of Jefferson and Jonathan James Brooks of Jefferson; and his siblings, Mike Brooks of Pendergrass, Chris Brooks of Statham and Susan Hardigree of Winder, Georgia.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
