He is survived by : his wife Myrtle Dorminy Fountain of Pinehurst; his children, Perry Lee Fountain, Jr. of Unadilla, Gloria Chambers (Mark) of Perry and Tracy Burden (Edward) of Vienna; his stepchildren, Terry Helms of Pinehurst and Lisa Helms Kilgore of Pinehurst; and his siblings, Roy Fountain (Joyce) of Oglethorpe, Margaret Pope (Tom) of Macon and Fran Dixon of Montezuma.
