He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hollingsworth; his children, Madison Hollingsworth (Eduardo) and Rebekah Hollingsworth (David); his grandson Lucas Hernandez; his mother Linda Schrum; his siblings, Lisa Padgett (Eric), Penny Cooke, David Hollingsworth (Naomi) and Kristen Wigley (Brandon); his mother-in-law Wanda Keller; and his brother-in-law Tanner Layton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
