She is survived by : her stepmother Dora Ferguson; her siblings, Carrie Smart (James), Elizabeth Hurst, Louise Johnson (Willie), Rosella Hunter (Charles), Georgia, Walter Ferguson (Rose Mary) of Port Wentworth and Charles Ferguson (Shirley) of Port Wentworth; her stepchildren, Oliver Williams, Jr. of Savannah, GA, Catherine Williams of Savannah, GA and Paul Williams of Savannah, GA; her adoptive daughter Vanessa Tremble; and her sister-in-law Emma L. Steele of Rincon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
