She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Oglesby and Myrle Jackson Oglesby; her husband Robert Akin Mills, Jr.; her son Kelvin Mills; and her stepfather Dewey Bolton.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Mills of Portal and Robert Mills, III; her daughter-in-law Lisa of Portal; her grandchildren, Addie and Alayna Smith; her great grandchild Violet Helmly; her brother Clinton Keith; and her sister-in-law Barbara Oglesby of Rocky Ford. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
