He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hagins Cross; his children, Christopher Cross of Marietta, Virgil Cross (Jackie) of Marietta, Javaris Dukes Cross, Melissa Cross and Lynn Lipsey (Rashad); his siblings, Carl Thomas of Statesboro, Rollie Cross (Joyce) of Statesboro, Troy Cross (Brenda) of Statesboro, Edna Ruth Stephens of Columbus, SC, Lavon Curry (Johnny) and Verdell Clark (Paul) of Baltimore, MD; and his aunts and uncles, Mae Ford of Jacksonville, FL, Elizabeth Gay, Rollie Cross, Sr. and John Willie Cross (Roxie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
