She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Skinner; and her parents, Harold Tibbetts and Dorothy Payne Tibbetts of Mableton, Georgia.. She is survived by : her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Carrie; her granddaughters, Charlotte and Amelia Skinner; her siblings, Dwight Tibbetts and Lesa Tibbetts; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Skinner Tibbetts, Jeanie Skinner Swickard and Terry Skinner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
