He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Daniel Kennedy; his wife Glenwodyne Brightwell Kennedy of Richland; his sons, Steve Kennedy (Chlotile) of Preston and James "Jimmy" Roger Kennedy (Sam) of Atlanta, Georgia; his brother Ben Kennedy (Bobbie) of Preston, Georgia; his grandchildren, Tammie Bates (Kip), Danny Kennedy, Kyna Tarrer (Jason) and Kristy Kennedy; his great grandchildren, Kale Crook, Corey Crook, Hannah Crook (Austin), Dyllan Bates, Cole Wilmer, Haleigh Wilmer, Kennedy Tarrer, Dakota Kennedy and Luke Tarrer; and his great great grandchild Emery Reddoch. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
