She is survived by: her father Charles Dykes of Kingsport, TN; her husband Rex Allen Herndon of Ranger, GA; and her brothers, Chris Dykes (Janine) of Houston, TX and Kevin Dykes of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
