He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Mulkey and Dora Jane Chastain Mulkey; and his wife Annis Silvers Mulkey. He is survived by: his daughter Edna Sue Tatum (Terry) of Ranger; his granddaughter Heather Ann Tatum of Ranger; and his siblings, Betty Childers, Albert Mulkey and Coy Mulkey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
