He was predeceased by: his father Buster Leroy Franklin Sr.; and his sister Diane Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Annie Bell Franklin; his sons, Dustin Franklin (Brittany) and Cody Franklin; his grandchildren, Olivia Mae and Levi Langer; his brother Buster Leroy Franklin Jr. (Sally Marie); his nieces, Teresa and Ashley; and his great-nieces, Miracle, Nevaeh and Destini.
