He is survived by: his mother Mogia Marie Muse Graham; his wife Debra Stephens of Ranger, GA; his children, Micheal Welch (Lora), Randall Welch (Amanda), Daniel Betancourt (Joni), Crystal Welch (Johnny Flanagan), Heather Graham (Joseph) and Nicole Phillips; his grandchildren, Chris Welch, Keisha Welch, Skyy Welch, Lane Petty, Cheyenne Petty, Kaley Welch, Kyleigh Hall, Lucas Betancourt, Wyatt Betancourt, Romeo Graham and Skylar Key; his niece Savannah Graham; and his pet Grizzy.
