It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Allen Payne of Ranger, Georgia, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Payne and Betty Payne; his parents-in-law, Albert and Maxine Glover; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Glover and Ricky Byers; and his nephew Brandon Byers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Cynthia Ochal (Ron), Angela Brown (Steven) and Meredith Holton (Shawn); his siblings, Beverly Clayton (Ben), Joyce Byers and Mark Payne (Rhonda); and his sister-in-law Susan Glover.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Moffitt Cancer Center of Tampa, where Allen was treated.
