He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stone Smith; his daughters, Crystal Smith and Cathy Smith; his grandchildren, Macaela Chastain, Devin Buttrum, Samantha Stuart, Alyssa Buttrum, Stetson Stuart, Shannon Stuart, Skyler Stuart, Abigail Mulkey, Addisyn Mulkey and Lincoln Mulkey; and his siblings, Larry Smith, David Smith, Danny Smith, Jerry Smith, Judy Adcock (Ricky) and Linda Smith.

Instead of flowers, donations will be accepted to help with funeral expenses.
