He is survived by: his sister-in-law Beatrice Pinyan; his wife Ester West Pinyan; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Gary Waters; his grandchildren, Matthew, Katy Waters, Stephen and Jessie Waters; his great grandchildren, Chloe Waters, Bristol Waters, Lily Waters, Waylon Waters and Oaklynn Waters; his brother Dean; his sister-in-law Brentsie Pinyan; his sister Sarah Christephine; and his brother-in-law George Stewart of Hixson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
