He is survived by : his wife Betty Ann Hughes Gulley of Ray City; his daughters, Pam Harden (Paul) of Alexandria, VA and Cari Gulley of Valdosta; his stepdaughter Melissa Wyatt of Ray City; his son Russell Gulley (Rhonda) of Thomaston; and his half-siblings, Phyllis Trotter of Stockbridge and Rick Trotter (Sandy) of Stockbridge.
