He was predeceased by : his mother Ruby Strickland Jones; his wife Alma Jones; and his brother Melvin Jones. He is survived by : his son Jason Jones of Reidsville; his siblings, Joan Wellman of Reidsville, Janice Cains (Steve) of Augusta and Willie Joe Jones of High Falls, GA; and his sister-in-law Louise Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
