It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Davis Payne of Resaca, Georgia, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Drew Davis and Ruby Graves Davis. She is survived by : her fiancé Ernest Self; her sons, Randy Payne and Daniel Payne (Sandra); her daughter-in-law Patty Arnwine; her grandchildren, Kim Ghorley (Daniel), Tabby Shirley (Brandon), Michele Cromer, John Neal, Kevin Neal, Tiffany Broome, Pamela Arnwine and Val Arnwine; her great grandchildren, Khloe Ghorley, Brayden Ghorley, Noah, Aaron Arnwine, Macie Polley, Ron Scheetz, Sadie Scheetz, Hazel Cox, Jimmy Cox and Eryn Cromer; and her siblings, Steve Davis (Joyce), Wanda Ray, Joe Davis (Jane), Claudia Headrick, Jeri Brown and Micky Davis.
