He is survived by : his wife Virginia Rutledge; his children, Sherrie Dobbs (Wayne), Renae Shelton (Keith) and Brian Richardson; his grandchildren, Hannah, Max Holland, Riley Hall, Travis and Amber Hall; his great grandchildren, Blair and Sophia Holland; his brother Felton Rutledge (Ruth); and his nieces and nephews, Tina and Terry Rutledge. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
