David Neil Smiley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021, at the age of 83, David Neil Smiley of Richmond Hill, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Carroll Smiley, Jr., William "Billy" Smiley, Margaret Floyd and Betty Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smiley; his son David; his daughter-in-law Laura Smiley; his daughter Dana Kay; his son-in-law Dave Johnson; his grandchildren, Jay Smiley (Ashley), Ryan Smiley, Allison Thomas (Dylan) and Jordan Johnson; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Elizabeth and Walker; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Smiley and Hugh Smiley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks are required to attend and social distancing rules will be in place.
