She was predeceased by: her husband G. C. Mixon; and her parents, William "Bill" Bashlor and Estelle Bashlor. She is survived by: her son Dwaine Mixon of Richmond Hill; her siblings, Miriam Strickland (Don) of Richmond Hill, Brenda Gail Beasley of Richmond Hill, Diane Turner of Richmond Hill, Billy Bashlor (Linda) of Richmond Hill and Stevie D. Bashlor of Richmond Hill; her grandchildren, Karmin MacMillan (Patrick) and Kristin Pratt (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Kynlee MacMillan, Granger Pratt and Lakelyn Pratt.
