She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Padgett and Elizabeth Burch Padgett; her husband Paul Dennis Best; and her daughter Elizabeth Kay Lane. She is survived by: her son Paul Dennis "Bo" Best, Jr.; her grandson Brody Carson Lane; and her brother David Padgett (Joan). She is also survived by dog, Pepa; and several nieces and nephews.
