We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2021, at the age of 57, Phoebe Downing (Richmond Hill, Georgia), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Downing and Catherine Downing; and her siblings, Cornelius Downing, III and Patricia Downing. She is survived by: her children, Libby Gondry (Alan), Patricia, Stephen, Christina and Alexandra; and her siblings, Catherine Clarke, Hannah VanDalen, Joseph Downing and Cornelia Manfre. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
