She was predeceased by: her daughter Ashley Nicole Howard; her mother Judy Ferrebee; and her sister Dawn Ferrebee. She is survived by: her husband Brandon Howard; her daughter Casey Howard; her father Leo Ferrebee; and her sister Gina Dally (David). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, families may make a monetary donation, in memory of Cindy Howard, to the Effingham Recreation Department to support elementary athletes.
