She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis L. Futrill; her parents, Ervin Jones and Beatress Collins; and her brother Arthur Wayne Collins. She is survived by: her sons, William Futrill (Rachel) and Edward Futrill (Brenda); her grandchildren, Laura Tice (Lee), Staci Flanders (Trey) and Michael Mock (Elaine); her great grandchildren, Carleigh, Helen, Paris, Delilah and David; and her siblings, DeAlva Sheffield, W. Leon Jones and Michael C. Collins.
