He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Warren and Myrtle Louise; and his sister Theresa Tedford (Sandra Barnard Harrison) of Bailey, NC. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Smith (Philip) of Citrus Springs, FL; his grandchildren, Audrey Le (Ben) of San Antonio, TX, Megan Grant (Heather) of Clarksville, TN and Harrison Grant of Citrus Springs, FL.; his stepmother Marjorie Harrison of Middleburg, FL; and his siblings, Janie (Milt) of Chicago, IL, Paul (Cheryl) of Charlotte, NC, Penny Miller (Daniel) of Middleburg, FL and Jacqueline McSwain (Scott) of Shelby, NC. He is also survived by his siblings, also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
