He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Spivey Miller. He is survived by: his father Leroy Eugene Miller of Pooler, GA; his aunt Linda Owens of Summerville, S. C.; his daughters, Carli Garman (Ben) of Alaska and Jennifer Miller of Papua; his sisters, Lisa K. Yekel (Steve) of Rincon, GA and Tina M. Demery (Tim) of Tybee Island, GA; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Micah Garman. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 8 cousins.
