It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Lois Dekich of Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Brown Hicklen and Texie Hicklen; her husband Milan Hall Dekich; and her grandson Kirk Wayne Alexander. She is survived by : her children, Dr. Mark Anthony Dekich (Tess), Dr. Milan Brown Dekich (Barbara), Philip Neal Dekich (Barbara) and Donna Ruth Alexander (Roger).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Chattanooga (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A committal service was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 12:30 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions in Lois's honor to the Fairview Church of God, Attn: Children's Camp Fund, 4154 Huckaby Bridge Road, Falkville, AL 35622.
