It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Kapherr of Ringgold, Georgia, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Kapherr and Bernice Grant Kapherr; and his granddaughter Kelsey B. Kapherr. He is survived by: his wife Shirley McRoy Kapherr; his son Mike Kapherr (Lea); his brothers, Herman (Brenda Kapherr) and Bill Kapherr (Karen); his grandchildren, Khol Kapherr (Bella), Kyle Kapherr (Josie) and Dalton Johnson (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Kyleigh, Khloe, Kasen, Braxton, Kelsey, Bentley and Collins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Cherokee Valley Baptist Church.
