He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Chambers and Louise Cummings Chambers; his siblings, Tam Smith, Judy Wooten, Jimmy and Charles Chambers; his son Terry Chambers; and his granddaughter Lexus Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Suzette Chambers; his children, Gene Chambers (Kim), Diane Vaughn, Rhonda Mason (Richard) and Tracy Stoker (Scott); his grandchildren, Ethan Vaughn (Stephanie), Brooke Vaughn (Brandon Farrow), Ryan Chambers (Chemeka), Karley, Vance and Charlee Chambers; and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Riley, Jacob, Eli, Emmie, Jayla, Khi, Kamdyn, Liam and Kingston.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel - Ft. Oglethorpe Heritage Funeral Homes Fort Oglethorpe (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742).
Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
