He was predeceased by : his parents, Frances Holder and Helen Holder; and his sister Janet Spence. He is survived by : his wife Lea Green; and his siblings, Cathy Suggs and Donald Holder (Margaret). He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
