He is survived by : his children, Roy Lewis, Jr. (Teresa) of Byron, Jimmy Lewis, Jeff Lewis of Lizella, Debra Lewis Westberry (George) of Roberta, Patience Lewis Claeys (Rick) of Musella and Pamela Lewis Busbee Roberta (Havis); his siblings, Clarence Lewis of Roberta, Alma Hudson of Thomaston, Christine Caison of Warner Robins, Hazel Mead of Lyons and Sally McRorie of Roberta; his grandchildren, Taylor, Josh (Jill), Krista (Danny), Jacob, Alison, Dillon, Celine (Landry), Caitlin, Samantha (Josh), Jared (Winter) and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden, Harley, Brentyn, Avry, Amelia, Abigail, Ashtyn, Andi Grace, Parker, Sutton and Tate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
