He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Lafferty. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Anderson Polston; his children, Chad Williams (Shana), Stephanie Moody, Gordon L. Polston, III (Jennifer), Scott Williams (Krissy) and Casey Newberry (Mandy); and his sister Theresa Hoosline. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153).
