He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewell Kell and Cleo Kell; his former wife Betty Kell (Lunt); his son Todd Kell; his brother David Kell; and his brother-in-law William Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Kell (Burt); his daughter Penny; his son-in-law Brett Moraga of California; his siblings, Linda Bailey of Cohutta, GA. and Jessee; his sisters-in-law, Kaye Kell of Cohutta, GA and Jean Kell of Cohutta, GA.; his grandchild Ashleigh Rogers of Chattanooga, TN.; and his great grandchildren, Sydney, Marleigh and Elianah.
