She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Mallett and Mildred Mallett; her daughter Angela Forbes; and her granddaughter Olivia Vashaun Rhodes. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Rhodes (Daniel); her grandchildren, Caleb Rhodes (Serena Lowery), Destiny Rhodes (Dustin Roberts), Christopher Painter (Jessica) and Ciera Paul (Heath Engel); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Kase and Layla; and her brothers, Billy Eddie Mallett (Darlene), Michael Mallett (Elaine) and Shannon Mallett (Suzanne).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
