He was predeceased by: his parents, George Middlebrooks and Doris Middlebrooks; and his grandson Cory McHan. He is survived by: his spouse Diann T. Middlebrooks of Rocky Face; his children-in-law, Lisa Cleary of Chatsworth, Gregg Cleary of Chatsworth, Holly Humble of Chatsworth, Michael Humble of Chatsworth, Jeff Middlebrooks of Chatsworth, Paul McHan, Michelle McHan of Calhoun, Mark McHan and Amy McHan of Rocky Face; his sister Glenda Crider of Tunnel Hill; his brother-in-law Doyle Crider of Tunnel Hill; and also, Ronnie Middlebrooks, Delilah Middlebrooks of Chatsworth, Lamar Middlebrooks and Rena Middlebrooks of Ringgold. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
