He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. Headrick and Alice Headrick; his siblings, Louise (Charles Clark), Jo (Lawrence Perry) and Billy; his sister-in-law Katherine Headrick; his brother Jimmy Headrick; his brother-in-law Neno Denton; and his granddaughter Amanda Jo Headrick.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pritchett Headrick; his children, Sherry Knecht of Port Orange, Teri Ervin of Ringgold, GA, Jeri Hill of Ringgold and Gary; his daughter-in-law Denise Headrick of Rossville, GA; his siblings, Carolyn Denton of Chattanooga, TN. and Calvin; and his sister-in-law Joyce Headrick of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, twelve great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
