He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Baine; his parents, Jason Baine and Mamie Baine; his grandson Jason Baine; and his siblings, Gentilea Taylor, Herman Baine, Alfred Baine, Bobby Baine and Charles Baine.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Wheeler of Cave Spring, Sheryl Andrews of Cartersville, Harold Baine of Rocky Face and Leon Baine (Sandy) of Rocky Face; and his sisters, Birdie Hart of North Carolina, Jo Ann Thornton of Canton, Patricia Price (Wayne) of Murphy and Marilyn Hughes of Jacksonville, Florida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
